Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, no reason required — if you simply change your mind, that's OK too. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged for sending the item back to us.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies to returns made within the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return

Email belviktools@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
