This cut off wheel is a thin, fiberglass reinforced resin disc for fast, clean cuts in metal with an angle grinder or cut-off tool. The thin profile removes less material, so it cuts quicker with less heat and less burr.
Choose the size that fits your tool: 4-1/2 in and 5 in wheels fit angle grinders with a 7/8 in arbor; the 3 in wheel fits 3 in cut-off tools with a 3/8 in arbor. Packs run from 3 to 50 wheels.

- 5 in: 125 x 1.2 x 22mm (7/8 in arbor)
- 3 in: 75 x 1.6 x 9.5mm (3/8 in arbor)
- Max speed: 13,600 RPM (80 m/s)
- Materials: steel, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, pipe and rebar

Safety
Check that your tool's rated speed does not exceed the wheel's maximum RPM. Always use the grinder guard, eye protection and gloves, and cut with the edge of the wheel only, never the face.
FAQ
Will a 4-1/2 in wheel fit a 5 in grinder?
It fits the arbor, but use the wheel size your grinder's guard is made for. Running a smaller wheel under a larger guard leaves the wheel less protected and reduces cutting depth.
Can I grind with a cut off wheel?
No. Thin cut-off wheels are made for straight cuts only. Side grinding can break the wheel; use a grinding wheel or flap disc for that.
