This router circle cutting jig turns a trim router into a compass for cutting circles, arcs and curved grooves. The same aluminum rails also work as a straight edge guide for slotting, so one tool covers three jobs.
The standard version cuts from 3.5 to 14.5 in radius, enough for small tabletops, stool seats and clock faces. The extended version reaches 24 in radius for round tables, speaker baffles and signs. Both versions are available with an optional base that gives the router a wider, steadier footprint.

FAQ
How do I set the radius?
Fix the pivot pin at the center of the circle, then slide the router along the marked rail to the radius you need and lock it.
Which version should I buy?
Choose Standard for circles up to about 29 in across (14.5 in radius). Choose Extended for circles up to 48 in across (24 in radius).
What does the base add?
The base gives the router a wider footprint, which helps keep it steady on plunge cuts and when routing for cabinet hardware.
