This single flute end mill is a carbide upcut spiral CNC router bit for cutting acrylic, PVC, plastic sheet and MDF. One flute leaves a large chip pocket, which clears chips quickly and helps keep plastic from melting and re-welding behind the cut.

Use it on CNC routers and engraving machines for sign letters, acrylic panels, PVC and foam board parts, and MDF profiles. The upcut spiral can plunge and pulls chips up out of the cut.
