This single flute upcut router bit is a nano blue coated carbide O-flute end mill for CNC routers. The single, open flute clears chips fast, which helps on deep cuts in wood and keeps plastics from re-welding behind the cutter.

Use it for profiling, pocketing and cut-outs in hardwood, plywood and MDF, and for acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, HDPE, ABS, foam board and solid surface. The upcut spiral can plunge and lifts chips out of the cut.
